We offer two order options on the site: – if the headdress you choose is available, the order processing takes up to 3 working days from the date of registration and payment, after which the order will be sent to the specified address; – if you make a Pre-Order, we need up to 10 working days to make your order.
Payment:
Orders are accepted only on condition of full prepayment. We cooperate with the payment system Fondy, which guarantees the complete security and anonymity of your bank data. We accept Visa and Mastercard cards. The order can also be paid through the PayPal payment system. After making the payment, you will receive a letter to the specified email address with the confirmation of the order and the date of departure. Delivery:
In Ukraine, free courier delivery by New Mail is carried out. Immediately after sending your order, we will send you a letter to the specified e-mail with a number for tracking the parcel. Worldwide delivery is carried out by courier service DHL Express or Nova Poshta Global (UPS) to the address indicated when ordering.
The cost and delivery time depend on the destination country. Immediately after sending your order, we will send you a letter with a number to track the parcel. Delivery to the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, Russia and Belarus is not carried out.
Return:
For return and exchange, we accept goods of proper quality within 14 days from the date of receipt of your order. To return and exchange goods, the following conditions must be met: the goods were not in use, the original type of goods and packaging was saved. To issue a refund, send your support@ruslanbaginskiy.com request. Refunds to your account are made within 30 calendar days from the date of acceptance of the goods until the return. Please note that shipping costs are not refundable.
